Delphine Idczak

Delphine is a graduate engineer from EHICS (now ECPM) with a specialization in chemistry. She is also a CEIPI graduate, with both patents and trademarks options.

Delphine is also a French Industrial Property Attorney and a European Patent Attorney.

Delphine worked in several IP law firms in Strasbourg, where she acquired extensive experience in industrial property in several technical fields, before joining the Camus-Lebkiri team in 2023.

Delphine’s responsibilities include drafting patent applications, monitoring patent grant procedures with the French (INPI), European (EPO) and foreign patent offices, and conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate studies.

Delphine works in particular in the fields of general mechanics, transport, aeronautics, chemistry, polymers, plastics, agri-food and medical devices. Delphine is based in Paris and Strasbourg.
